As I said in my bio, I use Thai yoga massage and craniosacral therapy as my primary modalities and will always encourage existing clients and new clients to experience this work as it benefits every system of the body in a holistic and healthy way.
There is a lot of passive stretching and realignment of the cerebral spinal system happening -- all done in a very relaxing gentle way.

I had a one hour full body massage. It was marvelous. All my expectations were met for a first time visit. I feel that continuing this therapy with Tawni will allow me to achieve better health. She is concerned with my specific needs and will use her professionalism and knowledge to help me achieve that. I arrived with stress of the world and left with a relaxed positive feeling. I have already scheduled follow up appointments. There was nothing that could be improved with this visit. I am looking forward to my next visit.
