I have been searching for a good massage therapist since moving to SLC 3 years ago, and I had yet to find one that I felt was competent in his/her work and knowledgeable about athletes' bodies and sports-related injuries. I happened to stumble across Sarah's website last week, so I called for an appointment to schedule an hour-long massage. I explained to Sarah that I was a climber, and that I needed deep-tissue work to relax my extremely tight shoulders and upper-traps. Sarah was AWESOME!!! I could tell that she instinctively knew what muscles to work on and what areas of my back and shoulders were tight. She definitely gave good deep-tissue work, and the next couple of days after my massage, my body felt more loosened and relaxed, and I was actually able to climb stronger! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone. Not just athletes like myself, but anyone who wants a knowledgeable and well-trained massage therapist to do deep-tissue work or Swedish or Russian massage (just talk to Sarah about your needs - she'll know what type of work to do for you!) GO TO SARAH!! Best massage I've had in a long time! :)

Sarah is personable and relaxed, which put me at ease when I first went for massage. I am always looking for someone skilled who can help me either eliminate pain or just be healthier. Sarah helps with both as she skillfully locates and eliminates those nasty knots or trigger points! I highly recommend her. She works with athletes and also professionals who sit at a desk all day. She helped me with my shoulder that was bothering me in just one session! So, whether it is a sport related injury or carpal tunnel, Sarah can help!

I charge different prices for inhome sessions versus at my studio. But I offer discounts for military etc...
