Introduction: I offer a unique approach to change through the Coalesce Coaching philosophy. You’ll have a completely personalized, step by step experience in the privacy of my personal studio. I’m here to offer you a total transformation, by giving you the tools to sustain your body, relieve the stress of your mind, and create and stick to strategies that will finally support you in achieving your desires. Sustenance: food, movement, hydration, sleep cycles. Stress Management: meditation, breath work, reframing your experience through self inquiry. Strategy: time management, coping tools, habit forming tricks! My focus in movement is on suspension training (TRX system), light weights, and body weighted resistance training. These methods prevent your body from getting injured as you lose weight, build muscles, improve your posture, and increase your overall strength and flexibility! You WILL feel and look stronger inside and out! My approach to stress management is the Coalesce difference! Stress is often the biggest obstacle to PERMANENT lifestyle and body transformation. Together, we work to create a new foundation of self compassion & self care practices so that you can experience a new relationship with your body and your life! I will intrude and coach you through the practice of learning to eat intuitively. I will support you through this every step of the way with a 7 day jump start meal plan, 28 day transformation meal plan, and then a lifestyle plan for 90 days. You will receive recipes, grocery lists, restaurant guides, and all the Q&A you need to transform your experience with food! This is available in a traditional omnivore plan AND a plant based plan. NO MORE RESTRICTION! Change is possible. Let’s do it together. #letscoalesce $125/session including program (30 day minimum) $100/session including program with a 90 day commitment. *It is recommended to meet 2 or more times per week for optimal results. This type of transformation may seem impossible at first glance. We will break it down into manageable changes, and you'll discover the lifestyle you desire is accessible and realistic!
