FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting February 2018 I will be doing group training sessions from 5:15-6:00 am 3 days a week. Tuesdays will be upper body, Wednesdays will be lower and Thursdays will be a full body with core emphasis. The pricing is realistic, you can either choose to pay per session at a $15 rate. Or you can buy an unlimited pass for $105 for the month and come as often as you'd like. No other fees or memberships are involved. We work out in a private gym and that early in the morning, my group will most likely be the only people in there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them, show them the gym and run a couple of tests during the consultation. I like to get to know my new clients enough to make them comfortable and eager to get started. If both the client and I agree the fit feels good, we schedule our first session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is required by the NASM to continue education to stay certified. I have my Youth Exercise and Golf Fitness Specialization Certifications as well. I subscribe to Edge and Fitness magazines, and I train with new trainers often to keep learning.
