Introduction: Hi. I’m Paul Daniels, owner of Utah Fitness Institute.
At Utah Fitness Institute our main goal is to help you reach your goal.
You - Whether your goal is weight loss, general conditioning and overall wellness, increased strength, sports training, or improved dietary and nutritional knowledge and habits, we can help you. Simplified, for most people, their overall goal is to get more out of life each day. And that’s what we do - we help you get more out of your life; we help you to more fully experience your life.
You’re all different - Each of our clients is different and you each deserve a fitness program that is customized to your abilities, needs, and goals. To help define your program, we’ll perform health screenings and fitness testing. This will lead to safe and effective training routines that will help you start getting results…quickly.
A little about me - I hold a PhD in Exercise Physiology and have been in this field for more than 30 years and have been a personal trainer for more than 20 of those years. With past experience in law enforcement, I serve as a consultant to many police departments and fire agencies in and around Utah.
My trainers - Each has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, years of training experience, and certification through an accredited personal training organization.
We’re likable - At least that what most of our clients say. And many of them stay with us for several years because of our friendly environment, the confidence they have in our trainers, and the results they see and feel and enjoy.
