- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to sit and chat and do a general consultation first, and get to know my clients and their needs and concerns. After that I do an assessment to see how a new client moves and then from there we can set up a solid game plan to help reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) for over 15 years through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I will design and implement an exercise program specific to you and your goals. No matter if you are just trying to lose weight or an athlete looking to take your training to the next level I can push you and help you reach your goals.
