Eric was awesome to work with. You can tell he is an expert at this by his knowledge and the end results, which were great. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he did a very professional job, leaving the radon system looking great. We tested althe radon levels after and it came back at the low level of 1.5, so the system did exactly what it is supposed to. I would recommend Wasatch Radon Mitigation to anyone.

Eric did an excellent job installing our mitigation system. I appreciated how professional he was and the quality of the final product. He also finished sooner than his estimated completion time.

Eric at Wasatch Radon was awesome. He mailed us a charcoal test to run in our basement, which we did. The results came back about a week later and the numbers were really high. He came by the next day and gave us a quote about how much it would cost to install a mitigation fan. We agreed on the price (which was very reasonable) and he came back two weeks later to get it installed. He showed up on time and had the whole thing installed in a matter of hours. I was really impressed with his work and we're glad to have our basement back.

Estimates: He arrived on time at our house to give the estimate. He gave a free radon testing kit and gave detailed instructions about the testing process. After we have received the result on the radon level, I have requested several bids and We got the lowest bid from Eric. Very competitive. He spent a lot of time at our house during estimation to find the best possible way for the installation to keep costs low. He sent a formal estimate over email and also wrote how he is going to complete the installation. Very detailed. Work (Mitigation system installed on (22-Dec-2018): Eric and one of his employees turned up right on the scheduled date & time. They spread blankets on the floor and made sure no damage, dirt to the floor while they move in and out of the house. Eric made sure that the mitigation system does not hamper the appearance of the house. It looked nice with minimal visible items after installation and better than what he described during estimation. They cleaned up after work nice. He also gave another free radon testing kit after installation for the follow-up testing. I should say Eric is an honest person and very experienced. I would recommend you to get an estimate from Eric and discuss with him about the installation process.
