- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyer on residential property, there is never any cost to you! If you are selling a property the pricing can vary depending on what type of property you are selling and what different types of marketing you would like to take part in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the person and getting a feel for their wants and needs. Depending on whether they need to buy or sell, their work location, where they recreation, if they have children and/or pets, and neighborhoods that appeal to them. I then take the time to work with them until a perfect match can be found to fulfill their wish list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold both a UT real estate license and a UT mortgage license. I continually engage in continued education at the board of realtors, at our several different offices, and online courses.
