I had an excellent experience with Ryan. I had some bad roof vents on my house that I was stressing out about because of the winter months coming. He responded very quickly to my post and came out the next day to give me a bid. I chose to use him and he came out the next morning. He showed up exactly at the time he told me he would and did excellent work. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the future for any other roofing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing an accurate price will always entail us visiting the home and looking at the job completely. We can give a rough bid but would prefer to give you an accurate bid by walking the roof. Bids take about 15-20 minutes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Recovering existing roofing, Complete tear-off and new roofing installed. Repair pipe flashings. Repair chimney flashings. Roof repair. Shingle blow off and repair.

Look for experience and someone who will answer you in a straightforward manner. Vague answers are never a good sign.
