- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a basic hourly, with time and a half for out of agreed upon business hours and double during holidays/weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an onboarding call to introduce ourselves and to set guidelines for the project as well as for communication. I try to be as accessible as possible, during normal business hours. During the welcome call, just like when I worked in agencies, we'll discuss your project further, and I'll get to know what you are looking for to have this successfully marked as done. We'll then set a start date, and we'll start pounding out the work, with regular updates of milestones we set up.
