I needed my old porcelean kitchen sink replaced with a stainless steel sink with a garbage disposal. Mike gave me a quote and stuck to it even though it took him over 5 hours (3 hours over guessed work time), two trips to Home Depot. He had to cut out the counter to fit the new sink that I bought. I am an out of state landlord so Mike figured out how to turn on and off the water. He was courteous on the phone. He sent me pics of the receipts and was prompt with his billing. I highly recommend Mike. He was great to work with and a good communicator.
Aaron was punctual, so fast and did an amazing job installing a euro style faucet. He was quick amd efficient. So glad I found him. He will be coming back to install a water filtering system for my house. Thank you Aaron!
Nate did a great job handling a sink install that turned out to be more complicated that originally thought. He made sure it was down right before he gave up, and had a really positive attitude about it the whole time. At the end of it all, the price was very fair for the amount of extra work he had to put in. I’d highly recommend him for future plumbing work!
It was easy to make the appointment to have them come out and our kitchen sink was fixed quickly.
We had a series of small and moderate plumbing projects that needed to be completed quickly (broken toilet flange, new sink hookup, tub diverter replacement and washer water line valve replacement). Ashley was professional, responsive, and worked with expert efficiency. I would definitely hire him again.
Darrell installed a drain and hot/cold water lines to my bar sink in the kitchen. Darrell was very transparent and honest when he gave me the bid. It was a very clean and quick plumbing job! I will hire Darrell again in the future!
Keith installed a kitchen sink, faucet set, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. His work was top notch. He worked fast and when he was finished he cleaned up the area nicely. A lot of craft forget about clean up!
Craig did excellent quirk work and helped us out with some other things besides the water heater install. He was punctual and professional. I would highly recommend him😊😊 thanks again Craig.
Brent helped us restore our bathroom after it was flooded. He put in new drywall– painted and textured it. He also installed a new vanity, hooked up all of our plumbing, and put the toilet back in place. My son was very interested in "helping" (aka getting in the way), but Brent was very kind and let him feel like he was a part of the process.
Friendly service, I feel like they gave me a more than fair price. I needed a new hot water heater and a faucet installed. They were nice enough to install the faucet for free! They were able to fit me in quickly, arrived when they said they would and did great work.
Northridge Plumbing installed 2 toilets in our house. They were very quick and kept everything clean. Will call them again! Thanks.
Edgar and Carlos did a professional job on taking out my garbage disposal and redoing the pipework under the sink. They were very courteous.
I had a major water leak. Matt had to dig out the pipe, repair and replace it. It was cold, wet, and snowing, but he took care of it for me. I was very pleased with the job. I'm sorry that I haven't given him the review before this.
Val did a great job finding the problem with our low water pressure. Where other companies wanted to just jump in and re-pipe the whole house, Val started at the beginning, ran some pressure checks, found that we had significant pressure, just no flow. So he focused on the pressure reducing valve, which was more than likely as old as the house. He replaced the PRV and tested the fittings with no leaks. He replaced the old galvanized pipe that came in from the foundation up to the shut off valve, by the way, replaced that too, with new PEX tubing. So to see if this was really going to help, we turned on the upstairs bath, three sinks, and the shower, and flushed a toilet with water still flowing at a second sink. I couldn't say when the last time I saw that happen in our house. It used to be flush a toilet and there wasn't enough pressure to wet a toothbrush in a sink. So very happy with the actual work that was done by Val. There's a couple of reasons I didn't give five stars because of one, at 4:00pm the promised time he would be at the house, I got a text saying he would be leaving West Jordan in an hour, I live in Ogden. So I knew it would be at least two hours past 4:00 pm. Secondly, after I noticed Val's car in my driveway, I waited and waited for him to come to the door. After about forty minutes, I went out to his car to see if things were ok. He said he was rearranging his trunk. His tools were spread out all over my driveway. I really hope there isn't an hourly charge on my invoice or I may have a little gripe about that. Oh, wait I haven't received an itemized invoice as of yet. Lastly, he didn't come prepared with all of the supplies to finish the job, he had to run to Home Depot to pick up some crimpers for the PEX line because he didn't have copper to use. All in all Val did do a great job! I know word of mouth is how these guys make their money. I would definitely recommend Valerian Stock for your handyman needs
In an attempt to open up a beauty salon, I acquired services from Mr. Anthony Bivens. As both time and money were issues in my new business venture, Anthony came highly recommended. Services rendered included, but were not limited too the complete install of a water heater, revamp of HVAC, the plumbing and install as it relates to a bathroom sink and utility sink, two (2) shampoo bowls, and ventilating doors, etc. As I hired Anthony for services directly related to "Plumbing, Heating and Air," I have to admit that I became uneasy when he advised that he was also comfortable with areas surrounding electricity. With that said, Anthony also installed a minimum of seven (7) lighting fixtures. It is important to note that my "Master Electrician" wanted in excess of $400 to just "install" these fixtures at his own convenience. Not only did Anthony install timely, but charged me a fraction of the cost. Needless to say, Anthony saved me a great deal of money during this project as the term "HandyMan" is an understatement. Finally, as getting the work done is already stressful in itself, Anthony comes with the knowledge, skills, and ability to articulate your problem in a way that you will be able to understand, but more importantly, offer viable solutions without any hidden agenda or desire to upsell. With that, I will only use Mr. Bivens who I deem reliable, timely, and affordable, going forward. I found Mr. Bivens to be a pleasure to work. Do not be fooled by his small stature as his capabilities as it related to my project, were unlimited.. It is important to note that all work was signed off and approved by the City Building Inspectors. Thanks Again Anthony... Design Extensions
We needed repair on our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and two bathrooms. He was on time and he was very professional while he was in our home. He cleaned up after himself and also left things the way they were underneath the sink after he left. He was very friendly and very efficient and wanted to take care of our problems right away. You could see that he was sincere and that he cared.
He was awesome , very professional, had every tool, we wanted some ceiling fans installed and other misc items done around the house. But upon opening one of the boxes that we needed to install brand new , some parts were missing, but for him no problem he went right to his tools and knew how to handle it and fix it. no problem, it amazed me ☺ and super super nice guy . Just wanted to recommend him for if your looking for a handyman, would hire again no problem ☺
I hired Steve to install a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Not only was he prompt in his initial response/quote, but he showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and was far less than his competition. After finishing his work, he waited an extra 30 minutes at no charge while an installer from RC Willey finished our dishwasher ( the water was turned off and Steve wanted to ensure his work was done properly). It won't take long for Pollard Plumbing to build their business as they're honest, prompt, and and perform quality work. I'll have Steve back out in the next six months to replace our water heater. Hire Pollard Plumbing and you'll have a plumber for life!
I originally hired him to patch some areas on our roof, he came super quick to give a quote. He was able to do the repairs at a fair price and did excellent work. We were so impressed with his work and his attention to detail that we also had him install finishing pieces on our flooring and cabinets. He was very professional, did an excellent job and was great to work with. He is able to do a wide range of projects very well. We will definitely be hiring him again for future projects.
