My family was gearing up for a move, and, well, after living in the same house for seven years, we had accumulated a lot of treasures; living with kids can do that to you. Both my husband and I are busy professionals without much wiggle room in our schedules. I needed to declutter before the movers showed up. I was contacted quickly when I inquired after a bid from Junk King, and Patrick came to my house to give me a quote that very same day. They were able to work around my busy schedule, and when the driver came to pick up my large load of garbage, he was courteous, polite, thorough, and most importantly of all, did the job quickly. I am highly impressed with this company, not only for their wonderful people skills and work ethic, but the fact that they are "green" is a major bonus in my book. I will not hesitate to call Junk King of Salt Lake again for any of my "haul away" needs.
I hired four movers for a the 4 bedroom home. They worked every quickly to make this move as fast as possible, which I preferred since I paid them by the hour. They made sure everything was wrapped and covered to protect my things. They brought two trucks, one to bring to the storage and the other to bring to the apartment. It was so organized and as smooth as a move could go. Thank you New Concepts for making this big move so easy and hassle free.
I asked for someone to help me put in a new stop and waste valve...Larry was the lowest bidder so I contacted him--he was amazing! He probably saved me $1,000 or more because I really didn't need a stop and waste--he fixed a leaky valve, checked all my sprinkler heads, hooked up a new timer, and sodded the places where the grass was missing...and his bill was so so reasonable. I hope to be able to use Larry for all my landscaping needs. I highly recommend him--his work and ethics are great.
Jesse and company did an incredible job cleaning out my over weeded back yard, and also hauling away some unsightly junk from and old trailer. They went above and beyond in their work. They charged a fair price and got the job done in a timely fashion. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them more as they offer a variety of services. This was my first experience with Thumbtack and with 1Ace. I gave them the job from hell ! ( sorry there are no other words ! ) I had other's respond to my request. 1ACE was the only company that responded reasonably The were timely, very reasonably priced and they really listened and evaluated the problem. This was not your average deck washing job. It was over the top challenging ! Other companies responded as if it would be easy. It was clear they didn't listen to the problem. This job required research and 1Ace was willing to do it and try different methods to remove Deck Over from our 610 foot deck. Cindy and her team did a beautiful job literally transforming our deck ! It was totally braun and brains that got the job done ! I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with them. They are now are go-to contractors for all our home projects. Thank you so much!!!!
Dan and his team did an excellent job on my backyard. They put a lot of time and effort into making it perfect and up to my standards. Dan put in a drip system, weed cover, mulch and planted all the plants and trees I provided. He also moved a rock retaining wall and leveled the ground above so it would be useful. Dan is also great at concrete work. They created a perfect pad for our trash cans. Thanks for all the hard work.
The only reason it isn't a 5 is that we paid for removal and he left some of it in our trash can. He did great work, and quickly.
Burl rescued us from a pile of trash that we needed removed within the hour before company showed up. He was friendly and very easy to work with. I'll definitely hire him again!
I was very happy with the service I received from Gots2Go, they showed up on time and moved my mattress and boxes out very quick. The two gentleman were well mannered and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean before they left. Next time I need trash out when its snowing ill be calling again!

I hired Austin and his crew to move our 2 story 3 bedroom house from west valley to south Jordan. I was amazing at how efficient they were at moving our large furniture out and into our new house. They also went above and beyond what was originally asked of them by taking our left over trash to the dump for us as well as the professionalism they had while at our home. Lance and his crew did a great job clearing out my yard. He hauled away a big pile of trash, cleared weeds, trimmed trees, and cleared overgrown bushes. He was fast and professional.

I hired Joleen to deep clean the lower half of my house to rent out. She did a phenomenal job. The last renters had ruined the walls, trashed the bathroom and kitchen, and stained the carpets and gotten candle wax in them. How she got them clean who knows. All I know is she had the the place ready to rent quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely be hiring her again.

My experience with The Roberts Work Group was simply spectacular. After sending out my project for Thumbtack Professionals to bid upon, I was initially impressed by this companies image and professionalism as depicted in their incredibly well written description. In addition, I was also in awe of their carefully thought out and thorough pricing sheet - which was included as a PDF attachment along with their bid (which detailed in very clear and specific terms what was going to be included in their price). As an avid user of Thumbtack, I have had the unfortunate experience of having been swindled time and time again, by professionals who intentionally bid low in order to "win" your business, and then upon arrival - they double if not triple their price to complete the job. Thankfully, this was absolutely NOT the case with The Roberts Work Group. I had a truly unmanageable and unsanitary living space. After months of neglect due to an unexpected medical procedure, my dishes were left piled high in the sink. The floors were filthy. Trash was literally overflowing, and not a single room in my house had ever been cleaned since my initial move-in date which was approximately 9 months prior. While other companies did bid a lower price, I felt certain that I was going to meet the same fate I had so many other times before... and after a few exchanges with the companies owner - combined with the black and white cost breakdown in association with my bid - I KNEW this was the right company for me to hire... and all I can say, is WOW!!! I made the right choice. The owner of the company, as well as several of his star employees showed up PROMPTLY at my door, armed with every tool in their arsenal that it was going to take to get the job done. There was no corner left untouched, no dish not spotless, no surface not shining, sterilized, and sanitized!!! There was NO trash in sight, and they even went above and beyond helping me with organizational needs as well as a plan in the future to maintain my beautiful, glistening, new home.
