I actually won her services at a bridal show, but when Rachel showed up to video our engagement shoot she was the friendliest and easiest person to chat with. She asked us questions amd prompts as she videoed our park picnic on a super windy day. I was expecting a one min video and got over 3 minutes of the most special day to me. I'll never forget that day, I love our video so much thank you for capturing our love ❤️

I LOVED the video of my girls birthday! She captured everything so perfectly and had a cute song to go with it. She was on time to the event and very attentive to every detail of the event. She captured everything and more than I had anticipated. The quality of the video was very professional. I loved how it all turned out! I will treasure the video forever!

Rachel made a video of the birth of my daughter for me. I was a little nervous about having a videographer in the delivery room but Rachel was perfect! She was respectful while still getting the most perfect shots. I almost forgot she was there in the room with us! When I got the video back (just a week or two after my baby was born... really fast!) I was blown away by how perfect it turned out! She captured every little moment that never would have remembered. She also did the best job finding a song that matched perfectly with the footage she had. I have watched the video over and over and over again and I fall in love with it more and more every time. It is something I will treasure forever! I loved it so much that I got Rachel to make another video of my husband and me with our 3 kids and I love it just as much as the birth video! On top of making perfect videos, Rachel is a joy to work with! She is so sweet, funny, worked well with my kids and made all of us feel at ease (since being on camera can be kind of uncomfortable). I wish I could leave RKite more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect! You won't find a better videographer!

I had some images from a baby shower that I wanted compiled as a gift to the mother of the shower. Rachel made the process so simple for me and the end product was so much more than I expected. I simply sent her images and video and she put together a sweet video that we will cherish forever. I received it sooner than I expected and the quality was perfect. I would highly recommend her for any project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a relatively newer videographer and offer a killer deal (not because of my quality of work, just because I am building up my clientele as well as portfolio).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to at least talk to them on the phone, if not in person to catch the vision they have for their special day. I have a question survey to help me to further get to know the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken photography classes to get the right eye, and I have shadowed videography mentors on many occasions. I have also been instructed on Premier Pro which is a very professional editing software.
