Kris did an AWESOME job at replacing our 13 year old water heater. It was short notice, and he did a great job! Everything works beautifully! Our water heater basically leaked the moment he moved it— so it was a mess! But the new one is installed and now I have peace of mind knowing it’s done! He was responsive, showed up on time, and was very clean afterwards. Thanks again! 5 stars FOR SURE!!

Leroy from Low Price Water Heaters was able to work around my schedule, and went out of his way to explain everything I needed to know about my new water heater. He then contacted me 3 days after the install to make sure everything was working and that I was happy with my new water heater. Would most definitely hire him again.

Leroy was excellent! He came to our home within ONE hour, and took the time to go through all of our options with us, while not pressuring us to get something we didn't need, and really helped us get what was best for our situation. After he installed the new unit, he pointed out some safety hazards he noticed with our HVAC layout that were not up to code, and offered suggestions that were very crucial and beneficial. His attention to detail, and thorough explanation of what was done, and future maintenance were most impressive, and he was even super friendly to our curious 5 year old, and the family dog. All in all, a 5 star experience and would absolutely feel great about recommending him to my grandma!
