We had a ton of weeds all over our property and wanted them gone. We contacted Yard Barbers and they came out for a free quote. Once we set the date, Marcus came out and got all of our weeds out in just a few hours. Our property looks so much better and we can actually enjoy our backyard now. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do business by flat rate. I schedule a time and date to meet and go through the job in detail. Once we have that, I will be able to give you an accurate quote. Ball park quote if dealing by pictures. Must be precise with details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer that they let me come to the property and give an accurate quote. Once I give the free estimate, we go from there. I'm always making sure we are on the same page and everything that they want and need done, gets done. No half stepping!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education as far as school/classes, but I'm educating myself on the work just to become a better work and grow my business. Putting together my 1st deck actually at the moment @ a property here in Salt Lake City.
