David did a great job with my windows. I was concerned about the harsh chemicals in some cleaners, and David worked with me to create a window cleaning solution that was environmentally friendly and made my windows beautiful.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We typically charge $6/pane, for an interior and exterior cleaning. This also includes cleaning the screen and wiping out the tracks...just a good basic cleaning. This does not include removal of things like paint drips/overspray and hard water stains. Those are priced according to how extensive they cover the glass.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We do residential and commercial window cleaning. Most of our customers are repeat quarterly customers that love how we maintain their windows. But we need to earn your business by doing a great job the first time and making your experience with us so easy and professional that you'll want to have us come back again and again.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First of all, be careful of a "bait and switch" tactic where the service provider gives you a quote that sounds almost too good to be true. There's a really good chance that the price will go up once they get to your house ready to clean. Second, don't trust the care of your windows to just anyone. We have seen it all too often that inexperienced, untrained, unlicensed and uninsured window cleaners come with good intentions of cleaning the windows, but leave them streaked or worse, scratched...a very expensive problem to deal with. We know glass and how to clean it properly. In fact, one of our sister businesses is glass restoration...oftentimes restoring glass damaged by other window cleaners. So, our advice....make sure you hire someone who really knows what they are doing. Cleaning windows isn't rocket science, but an inexperienced window cleaner can cause some real headaches.
