Pete was seriously awesome. We were in a pinch to get our stairs remodeled before our baby comes. Pete came in and did it exactly how we asked and did it efficiently. Very reasonable priced and good at asking questions until he understands what your project is about. Highly recommend him and will be hiring him again for other projects.

We can not thank Sims Design enough for the amazing work he did on our 130-year-old victorian in the Liberty Wells neighborhood. We were gearing up to sell our place and were scrambling to find someone to complete the baseboards, doors, and casing in the two weeks before the open house. Pete from Sims Design came in and hit the ground running on what was surely a less than straightforward project—think wonky, crumbly walls with virtually no surface level or plumb. Unphased, he assured us our place would look transformed and sure enough that is what he delivered. The work was completed with four days to spare before the listing. We were able to sell the house for more than we had anticipated. Much credit for this goes to his keen eye, attention to detail, and skillful acumen. We noticed at times he was doing things like touch-up work that was beyond the scope of what we hired him to do. We fully recommend Sims Design for any project you may have. We will definitely be using him again for all future projects in our new place. Thanks, Pete!

Peter came out to our home for a two day project. He was so quick and good at what he does we found a dozen more things we needed him to do. He just finished building us an attic bedroom which turned out beautifully. He has wonderful creative ideas and gets the work done quickly with quality. He is easy to communicate with and keeps us up on the process. Peter is a kind, hardworking, honest, talented and dependable person. I highly recommend him!

I like to take the time to understand what the customer needs no matter the size of the project. I truly do enjoy meeting new people and work hard to ensure they are fully satisfied with the end results.
