    That really every job is different and also there will always be unforseen issues that can arise.

    introductuon #1 - are we compatible. Thats the biggest. Because we work in your space and that can be touchy. so you need to feel good with your contractor.

    i have work along side many different highly skilled professionals in quite a few areas. For about 20 years.
