I have been training with Paul at the Utah Fitness Institute for two months. I have been very satisfied with the training program and Paul's highly individualized approach. Paul developed a customized program to address my goals and has continued to tailor it to my indivdual needs and circumstance. I started working with Mike in mid-October this year. I had some very specific goals that I wanted to work on - dropping my body fat percent and preparing for my first triathlon. I am well on my way to meeting both goals thanks to Mike's help. In just 6 weeks my body fat percent has dropped from 11.3 to 9%. Mike created a customized training plan for me that incorporates a mix of strength training and cardio (swim, bike, run). We have set a target time frame for my first triathlon. The first time I met with Mike he tested my range of motion throughout my body to identify weak points. I was impressed how well the plan he created helped me strengthen these areas in such a short period of time. He also comes to my house twice a week which is super convenient for me. Words I would use to describe Mike are - professional, intelligent, motivating, goal-oriented, patient, supportive, and easy-going. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for some support in reaching your goals - whatever they may be (fat loss, body building, etc.). Best personal trainer I've worked with.
This woman is amazing! She is organized, responds immediately if we have any questions regarding our training regimine, she does the "full packsge" including health, nutrition, and exercise, and she has such a fun personality! I would absolutely reccommend her to anyone looking to push themselves to a better life. We are working with her to get our boys ready for the football season and shes great working with them as athletes. She absolutely does not charge what shes worth either! Well worth every penny, and then some!!
Brandon and the Super Human Performance program is outstanding and the real deal when it comes to professional training. Although Brandon has worked with and trained a bunch of pro athletes, let me explain why it is far beyond that fact that makes him a truly talented professional in the sports world. I'm not a pro athlete but I have been a fire fighter for 10 years. Through that, I've come to look for structure, discipline, and competency when it comes to quality training. Maybe more importantly than that, you have to connect at a personal level and find what motivates a person to progress. I have found all of those things and more with Brandon. There are a lot of trainers out there who can put together a plan and be there when you show up to the gym. Brandon however understands the champion's the mind. He will integrate himself into who you are to help you push and find the next level. Being here in Utah from out of state, I actually found Brandon through Thumbtack. While I received a bunch of replies to my search, Brandon just had a different feel. With his back ground in sports bio mechanics and having competed and exceled at the pro level, his approach and resume had what I was looking for. Not someone to carry me through or hold my hand but someone who knew how to help me push myself. How to find that sharper mind and the beast performance. When I met with Brandon not only did we do two plus days of testing and evaluation, but he built a custom program to include the fitness, nutritional, and mind development aspects into all of it. Most importantly Brandon is a super rad dude who's a blast to be around. It is my opinion that Brandon seeks the fighter that lives within himself. If you're ready to work so is he. He's super organized and clearly keeps a client list that he can really focus on. I'm still actively training with Brandon and it keeps getting better and better. We started as a client/trainer and are now friends with high levels of mutual respect. I leave hurting each session but always hungry for more of the Super Human Performance program and Brandon's guidance. I've never really done many reviews on these things but I'm so stoked on working with Brandon I couldn't not write one. Also, since I was looking for a very specific trainer and program to help me meet my goals, I wanted to share my experience in case someone is looking for that highly talented and motivated person to work with. Brandon is that guy. With his skill level and the focus he puts on his clients, if you can grab him, do it!!! It will be an awesome experience and well worth it as the tools and training he gives will stay with you for additional training with him in the future. Thanks B!!

I have been working with Kenny for two weeks now. I'm so sore! I didn't have a lot of experience with training before, but I feel like he has been understanding of that and encouraging as well. He is fun to work with and has pushed me to work hard. Definitely a good choice to hire him as my trainer!

Cecily has been training me for the past 6 months and for the first time in over 10 years I finally feel confident in my swimsuit!! The gym environment is friendly, well equipped, and fun. Cecily has really helped me improve my nutrition and made me more aware of what I put into my body. My schedule is really difficult and she has been so accommodating and willing to work with me. Joe is an excellent trainer. I let him know exactly what I was looking to accomplish and he tailored my program to meet those needs. He is very personable, funny and really cares about you as if you were his only client. Even now while I am on a break from our training sessions he still checks in to see how I am doing. When my schedule permits I will be going back! You couldn't pick a better trainer.
Sam is an excellent personal trainer. I signed up with HIITFitLife wanting to lose weight, become proficient in weight training and running all while tending to a recently healed back injury and he was able to build a workout plan that accommodates all of my fitness goals while paying special attention to my back. Since beginning my fitness journey with Sam, not only do I fit my favorite jeans better, I FEEL better! Sam keeps me accountable for my workouts on days that I don't train as well as what I eat - ensuring consistent progress. I also appreciate that as fitness trainer, Sam's past experience in healthcare is evident in the way he incorporates his vast knowledge on human anatomy and the way the body works in each workout session. While we're (couple's training) only a fee workouts into the routine, we're already feeling how Tyler can push us! He's a good teacher and is very attentive to his clients' needs and will definitely make you feel at home when you're working out with him.
I have been going to OUR since June and have loved every second of it. I was struggling to get motivated and excited about fitness again after having a baby and OUR was so helpful. Super encouraging staff, friendly group fitness, amazing programming and awesome equipment. Their staff is trained to help all levels of fitness, beginner to expert and have specific programs for postpartum moms which is awesome! Love everything about it.
The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!
I've been training with Katherine for one and a half years. It has been one of the most remarkable experiences in my life! Katherine's enthusiasm, creativity and knowledge have been very motivating, challenging and rewarding. I have dropped 10 pounds and seen my energy levels go through the roof.
