JCM Home Improvement has been tremendous value ad for me as a landlord. Jamie is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home repair/improvement and maintenance. Whether it be plumbing or electrical, Jamie has always been able to handle all repairs. As well, Jamie is a fantastic carpenter! He has handled multiple restoration projects for me which include everything from upgrading plumbing, repair of drywall/ceilings to sanding and finishing 50 year old original oak flooring to look brand new! I have all the confidence that Jamie and his employees will always do great work and a very fair price. As a landlord and a licensed general contractor in CA, I always say you get what you pay for. If you want it done right the first time, you'll be very happy with JCM Home Improvement!

Jamie has done many odd jobs for me including; sprinkler system, faucet installs, roof & repair, chimney repair inside and out, & hot tub removal. He is professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with everything he has done. Totally recommend JCM home improvement.

Back at the beginning of the year, JCM Home Improvement gave my family a very competitive estimate for a project with our main water line. They were out to complete our project within a day of us accepting the estimate. They were fast, friendly and very professional! They even came back a few days later just to make sure everything was working well. Half the year has already gone by and our main waterline is still working beautifully. I highly recommend JCM Home Improvement for getting projects done around the house!
