What a great experience! No words for how excellent these people are, they are just the best. I hired them for a move out cleaning and Joanna and her team stayed until the job was done, for over 6 hours, and all for the flat rate listed on Thumbtack. It was not an easy task but they really rose to the occasion and cleaned the place wonderfully. They cleaned all the vents and even took apart the fridge to clean some obscure parts. They vacuumed super thoroughly and cleaned some gross adhesive gunk that was stuck fast to the tile. They even helped me throw out many bags of stuff in the dumpster. The end result was a place that sparkles and looks truly move-in ready. The move was really rough but these folks were a bright spot in the whole process. Highly recommend. Hire them now!! Just as a note I’d originally posted a negative review because of an issue with Thumbtack automatically cancelling the booking. It was no fault of Joanna’s whatsoever. The moment she found out that I hadn’t cancelled, she was at my house with her team and as I said she stayed until the job was done and did an amazing job. Hire her now, don’t give it a second thought!

Joanna and her team did an absolutely FABULOUS job. They worked very hard - they got stains out of the bathroom that had been there since before the house was purchased! We were very impressed. We would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.
