- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system that ensures each customers pricing is the same for the same type of job, this ensures the customer is not paying for things like "parts runs" a less experienced tech that could take longer to do the work. No matter how long it takes the cost is the same. All prices are quoted upfront
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set the appointment to the customers needs, we call before arriving, we wear shoe covers to protect the customers home, we diagnose the issue as efficiently as possible and give an upfront price, once approved we complete the work in a timely, clean & professional manner. We clean up our work area at least as good as it was when we started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have Utah master plumbers licenses, NATE certification and EPA certification. We complete the state required continuing education bi annually.
