She introduced me to Vinyasa Flow Yoga and you can really tell Leah loves what she does. She listened to me and talked to me about my goals before we began, while also making me feel comfortable and laugh during our session. She has a great personality that I really vibe with. I exercise on a regular basis but It’s been years since I had taken a yoga class and after our first session I knew I had found what I needed to take things to the next level. She pushed me but was still positive and encouraging. She was very in tune to what I needed. Sometimes I needed to just relax and take a quick break before getting right back into it. She is very accommodating and I look forward to continuing to work with her. I would recommend Leah to anyone who's interested in learning or deepening their yoga practice.
