Basement Builder was perhaps the first company I've worked with who maintained a high level of communication through the process, start to finish. We had two consultations up front to insure we were on the same page. We were always aware when a crew was expected to come, the timeline we could anticipate, and when anything changed as often is the case in the very unpredictable construction market, we were notified promptly and kept in the light. One of the final details of the project was a window on back order for several months. We were notified of the status early on, given the opportunity to pivot if we'd rather, or wait. We chose to wait and were still given status updates regularly up until it arrived and was installed. This takes a great deal of intentionality and time for a busy contractor, but it pays off with significant trust and makes for a great experience. They will be my first call for any future projects!
