I have been working with Chuck Slone at Keyrenters for a couple of years now. My experience has been completely positive. Prior to moving to Keyrenters, I was working with another rental management agency. My property was damaged and I always wondered when I would actually receive the rent. With Chuck, and Keyrenters I have never been left in the dark concerning my property. I receive monthly statements detailing expenses and income. I also receive notice each time there is a maintenance request. I am comfortable knowing that they will take good care of my property. Chuck Slone has also become a great resource when it comes to make decisions regarding the property. He never pushes a solution, but let's me know all the options. Prior to moving to Keyrenters we were considering selling the property because of the headache and stress associated with it. Now we are happy to keep it as a rental property.
