These guys rock! They did a very challenging roof on an old way out of square outbuilding. Complete re-sheet and re-roof. The result was great! Will hire again.
Bryan can fix anything! He relaid brick, fixed sheet rock, painted, installed base board just to name a few of his skills. He makes sure the customer is satisfied. I would recommend him for work you need done.
We received several bids to have our roof re-shingled with tear off of old shingles. IWC Roof was not the cheapest or the most expensive. We went with them after reading all the reviews online at Angie’s list. I have worked in the construction industry in my 20’s and 30’s and know how difficult it is to find reliable construction workers and was very worried about having my roof re-shingled and have been putting it off for too long. John came out and gave me their bid and gave me a list of 10 plus things they were going to do on the house, even saying they were going to repaint all the pipes on the roof to match the shingles. He quoted me a replacement cost of $45 per sheet of plywood on the roof with the first 4 being free. I had a detached garage also that needed to be done which ended up being kind of tricky. I decided to go with IWC Roof and the next day they scheduled me 2 weeks out. Two days before my roofing date they called to line up the dumpster drop off as they were going to do a tear off of my two layers of old shingles. The day before the big day they dropped off the dumpster and the morning of, they showed up at 6:30 in the morning with 8 guys and got to work. The crew was very professional, and worked extremely well together. They took their time for me to double check their punch list. My roof had a lot of water damage and they needed to replace 27 sheets of plywood. I was there double checking and counting all the sheets they were taking off to make sure that they were not padding the numbers (which they did not). The sheets were replaced, the ice and water shield was placed down two layers back like they said. They used a synthetic tar paper, not the old fashioned kind, gave the roof a ridge vent, new drip edge, built a cricket for the chimney, and cleaned the area all in a DAY!!!! This is not even mentioning the weird extra garage they shingled and the odd roof line they had to deal with. It took way more time then they expected but did not charge me any extra. From start to finish this roofing company exceeded every one of my expectations. They charged me what we agreed on in the beginning plus the 23 sheets of plywood. I have other properties and will be using IWC Roofing for all my future needs. I hope this review does not sound like I work for the company because it is so positive. I am just a guy who had a lot of fears going into this and could not be more pleased with the delivery and result. It is so rare to get what you are promised in life. This is one of those times. I would recommend this roofing company to EVERYONE!!!!
We have a small roof. Many roofing companies will over charge small homes-gas, and machinery cost the same to come out to a small place as a large one. And a large one will make more money.- But Brandon roofing charges by the sq. foot for any size house. They came quickly, gave us a reasonable quote and did everything they said they would. We are very, very happy with their work. Thanks Guys!
Responsive, quick to complete job, stayed in touch with me. I plan to hire him again. Highly recommend.
Mark saved me about $700 on a meterbox installation project and he really, really, really went above and beyond. There were some hiccups with the city that we ran into which required an inspection that the power company initially told me I didn't need, but he rolled with the punches, and finished everything super cleanly. Mark went out of his way to make sure my project was done in a clean, professional, up-to-code manner, and even assisted in hauling away some of my junk and scrap metal at no additional cost to me. Aside from his professional manner and high quality work, Mark is just an all-around good guy who is really looking to give you a good deal on your handyman projects. I will definitely hire Mark again for future home projects.
Curtis completed a drywall job in my basement. Curtis was willing to work around my schedule. He completed the job quickly and the quality of his work was excellent. He cleaned up when he was done as well. I would highly recommend Curtis. I will be using his service again!
We had Solaroo Roofing come over and bid our roof - they were very knowledgable and are certified by all the best manufacturers. They gave us a great price I compared with many bids and it was clear we should deal with Solaroo. They are a reputable company and we have been happy with the experience so far.
Trevor installed crown molding and the base boards in the kitchen and the master bathroom. He also hung around 10-12 interior doors and added the trim/casing. He did some little extra items that he noticed that needed to be done. He was very professional and his work was fabulous!! I would use him again and I would recommended to him others! Great Pricing as well!
Great guy!! Worked his butt off!! Saved my back! He dug out my window well by hand (almost six feet down and two feet out) to get it back into the correct position and bolt it to the metal frame around the window. My rating is 4 1/2 stars, but would have been five as he did not follow up on getting me my reciept for the $800.00 I paid.
Everett was very responsive. Our dryer vent was blocked and had been for some time. After contacting Everett, he came the next day. He troubleshooted the issue, vacuumed out the duct work and ended up replacing a section of the ducting in our crawlspace. So nice to have dry clothes again!
We had a great experience with John. Always on time, up front with all costs, and did a marvelous job replacing wood panels on our house and extending our deck. Highly recommend.
Great to work with. Price was as quoted and the yard looks great. Highly communicative and did exactly what we needed them to do. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Thoughtful and quick. Have asked him back on many occasions to do everything from concrete to roofing repair. Enough said!

Whether it be plumbing or electrical, Jamie has always been able to handle all repairs. As well, Jamie is a fantastic carpenter! He has handled multiple restoration projects for me which include everything from upgrading plumbing, repair of drywall/ceilings to sanding and finishing 50 year old original oak flooring to look brand new! I have all the confidence that Jamie and his employees will always do great work and a very fair price. As a landlord and a licensed general contractor in CA, I always say you get what you pay for. If you want it done right the first time, you'll be very happy with JCM Home Improvement!
Kelan Loch with Loch Hard building did repair to my wood deck and placed a cold air return vent that the original heating and plumbing company did not. In fact, I have lived for 10 years with that eye sore on the front of my home...not to mention the families of mice they let into my home by leaving a huge hole with nothing covering it. Thank you Kelan for taking the time to find the vent, paint it to match my trim, being on time and making me so happy!!! I love the deck too!! Looking for more projects for Loch Hard Construction!!
Daniel Anderson did a great job, removing all the existing layers, re-sheeting the entire older side of the home, placing ice and water shield, adding ridge vents, replacing the gutter, and adding soffit, fascia, and even a little siding where needed. He used Owens-Corning TrueDefinition Duration shingles, one of the best on the market. He really went the extra mile, and gave the home a fresh new look. His bid was unbeatable (compared to five other bids), and the quality excellent. Highly recommended.
Fields Quality Concrete & General Construction Inc. started out as Fields Construction in 1981. We started out building residential homes for families, focusing on starter homes. As we grew, we built bigger and more complex homes, and within ten years, we were building small commercial buildings and concrete tilt-ups. We have built several strip malls including one in our hometown of Grantsville. We have renovated and built new office buildings including our concrete tilt-up approach in the building, saving money for the clients and making the building not only beautiful, but also efficient with space and easy to cool and heat. Fields Construction continued to grow and incorporated into Fields Quality Concrete & General Construction in 2001. By this time, we had incorporated advanced concrete pours in our company. We pour for commercial projects and residential projects. We specialize in colored, textured and burned, with a glaze concrete besides the regular concrete pours that we perform. We are the only Sierra Stone® dealers here in Utah, which is a rock with an epoxy overlay and is very durable and desirable to see without the heavy freeze-and-thaw buckle that cement can experience. Fields Quality Concrete & General Construction, Inc. has a complete understanding of blueprints and specifications.
