Introduction: We offer pole fitness classes, aerial silk instruction, adult classes, kid's classes, hip-hop, jazz, ballet, and chair dancing, aerial hoop, Zumba, yoga, hot yoga, exotic dance classes, and so much more. We have two locations -- in Ogden and Syracuse, Utah; over 20 experienced instructors; and over 6,000 square feet of dance floors.

Meagan's studio has given me the opportunity to dance again. There are so many different classes offered I have been able to try new dance styles and by attending the fitness classes I have lost many pounds and inches. After a long day it is great to walk in and be greeted with smiles and encouragement from the staff and other students.

Meagan is a wonderufl business owner and exceptional teacher. She teaches with enthusiasm and genuine desire to see her students excel. As a business owner she is very accomodating whenever possible.
