I had hired Charlotte for my husband's surprise ( french cuisine)dinner at home for 4. This was my very first time hiring a personal chef. From the start the experience was very professional. She was very flexible , open to ideas and attentive to my needs. I decided to do 3 course dinner. On the day she came an hour before the dinner time. She had done some prep work but finished all the dishes in my kitchen. She was friendly and courteous . In the end she left our kitchen clean with my dishwasher all loaded. Overall hassle free unique experience which my husband and family appreciated. Will be happy to recommend Charlotte to others.

I was planning a fancy date night with my husband, and was looking for a chef to whip up something delicious and elegant. I originally thought Rex and Cathy were strictly dutch-oven chefs, but it turns out they're much more than that! On one day's notice, they planned and executed a meal of bacon-wrapped filet mignon with multiple side dishes and dessert, all prepared in my tiny apartment kitchen. They laid the table beautifully, served us, and cleaned everything up afterwards. It was the experience of a lifetime.

Justin is new young chef on the scene who was on time, well prepared, engaging and wore his professional chef's attire. This was a gift to my boyfriend to prepare and teach us how to cook a dinner with a whole fish. Justin brought all the ingredients, including two very fresh red snapper. He taught us and prepared lobster cakes, avocado salad, taught us how to filet fresh fish, and together we prepared excellent fish tacos. For dessert he brought home made chocolate mousse with fresh berries. Another couple joined us, which made the event even more special. My boyfriend was thrilled with this fun-filled and educational gift and evening. We are already planning and looking forward to our next event with Justin!
The Brulee is incredible. We use them 2-3 times a month and are always treated like we're first time customers. They consistently bring delicious food that is beautifully presented and displayed. The chefs are extremely talented and some of the kindest people I know. We have used from for meals for 15-700 people and have always been impressed with their quality and tasty food. You become "part of the family" at the Brulee and it is the best family you could be in. You will not regret using The Brulee!!
