Aaron was punctual, so fast and did an amazing job installing a euro style faucet. He was quick amd efficient. So glad I found him. He will be coming back to install a water filtering system for my house. Thank you Aaron!

Chad came over and fixed the leak and uncovered the cause of it (really high water pressure). He fixed it pretty quick. He mentioned a few other things that could be fixed, some of which I opted for and others I didn’t. I think it’s good to be up front with them about what needs to be fixed because there are often plumbing items that can be upgraded but are rather trivial unless you want to spend the money. My total cost was around $600.

Nate did a solid job installing my water heater on pretty short notice. He arrived when he said he would and explained to me everything he did once the job was complete. Even was patient enough to stick around while I tested the new water heater. Every job is different of course, but so far so good and I would recommend Nate to others looking for a value install man.

We had such a great experience with Expert Plumbing, Heating, and Air. From the beginning of booking the appointment and how fast they were able to come and take care of our water heater. They were on time and gave us all our options to fix the issue we were having instead of upselling me on unnecessary things. The respect this company has for you is so great because as a new homeowner we don't always know what is best or right but the amount of information that they give you makes you feel confident in the product you are getting and value from this company. Allen was so great. He called us before both appointments and even showed up early for our first appointment. He made sure that the work was done in a timely manner and that all our questions were answered before and after he completed the work. When Allen and Spencer came to install our new water heater there were quick and efficient in completing the work in a timely manner so that we could get hot water back in our home. The fact that this company has such great, honest, hard working people will make me want to use them again and again. Thank you for such a great experience Expert Plumbing, Heating, and Air. I look forward to working with you again.

Terry replaced the main water line and installed a back flow prevention device on my sprinkler system. He was able to work me In immediately. His crew exposed the line taking care to protect the grass and flower beds. When the plumbing work was done they restored the landscaping. About two weeks later the back flow prevention device malfunctioned and Terry returned within half an hour of being called to check it and got it working again. I am very happy with the work that was done!

Ed, reached out to me via txt within min and was at my doorstep within a 1.5 hr. My issue was not even an emergency, but I appreciated the super quick fix. Ed also fixed my drainage problem in one of my bathrooms. Great experience. I will call him back when I have another issue.

Greg and his team were amazing. Hands down the best option for plumbing, water heater, etc. needs. Great price, best I could see. They also include a 2 year labor warranty which most other companies don't. I posted on Thumbtack at midnight, and he was the first to place a bid. By 2:00 the next day I had a new water heater fully functioning. What is more, the worker slightly nicked the door trim when putting in the new heater. Not only did he apologize over and over, he pulled out $25 cash of his own money to pay to fix it. Truly a great experience with High Point plumbing. Spread the word - this is the company to use!

Val did a great job finding the problem with our low water pressure. Where other companies wanted to just jump in and re-pipe the whole house, Val started at the beginning, ran some pressure checks, found that we had significant pressure, just no flow. So he focused on the pressure reducing valve, which was more than likely as old as the house. He replaced the PRV and tested the fittings with no leaks. He replaced the old galvanized pipe that came in from the foundation up to the shut off valve, by the way, replaced that too, with new PEX tubing. So to see if this was really going to help, we turned on the upstairs bath, three sinks, and the shower, and flushed a toilet with water still flowing at a second sink. I couldn't say when the last time I saw that happen in our house. It used to be flush a toilet and there wasn't enough pressure to wet a toothbrush in a sink. So very happy with the actual work that was done by Val. There's a couple of reasons I didn't give five stars because of one, at 4:00pm the promised time he would be at the house, I got a text saying he would be leaving West Jordan in an hour, I live in Ogden. So I knew it would be at least two hours past 4:00 pm. Secondly, after I noticed Val's car in my driveway, I waited and waited for him to come to the door. After about forty minutes, I went out to his car to see if things were ok. He said he was rearranging his trunk. His tools were spread out all over my driveway. I really hope there isn't an hourly charge on my invoice or I may have a little gripe about that. Oh, wait I haven't received an itemized invoice as of yet. Lastly, he didn't come prepared with all of the supplies to finish the job, he had to run to Home Depot to pick up some crimpers for the PEX line because he didn't have copper to use. All in all Val did do a great job! I know word of mouth is how these guys make their money. I would definitely recommend Valerian Stock for your handyman needs

I had a major water leak. Matt had to dig out the pipe, repair and replace it. It was cold, wet, and snowing, but he took care of it for me. I was very pleased with the job. I'm sorry that I haven't given him the review before this.

Arron came out to give me a free estimate of a leak on a main water line. He was at my house within 30 minutes, very professional. He was able to stop the leak without replacing, at no charge. I will be calling him to replace the pipe in the spring. Will recommend him to family and friends.

A+ service! Chuck fixed my 16 year old, neglected Carrier AC unit in no time and got my house cool again for $335. He was super personable, friendly, explanatory, and efficient. After filling the freon, he triple checked my furnace and AC with all kinds of diagnostic tools to make sure I won't have any issues with the hot summer ahead. If you have ever received quotes for AC or Furnace issues, you know most repairs are $1000 plus, and often require a whole new unit. I was expecting the worst that I might need a new AC unit for $4000+, but it was the best case scenario to pay $335 to drop the temp in the house from 85 degrees to 72 degrees in about an hour! Most companies will try to rip you off, but 1st American Plumbing is an honest operation which is hard to find nowadays. Call Chuck first and don't bother playing the shop around and waste 2 days getting an honest quote. I made one call and that's all!

We needed repair on our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and two bathrooms. He was on time and he was very professional while he was in our home. He cleaned up after himself and also left things the way they were underneath the sink after he left. He was very friendly and very efficient and wanted to take care of our problems right away. You could see that he was sincere and that he cared.

We have had the opportunity of using RG Plumbing several times in the past 15 years. We have had numerous plumbing related issues, from simple leaks to water heaters and softeners causing significant water damage. These larger issues always seem to happen on the weekends and never during regular business hours Rick Gord has always been very responsive, and in all cases, even when he has been out of town on vacation, been so responsive and created a solution I am not a very skilled fix it man, and Rick and RG Plumbing have taken the headache and at times potential major damage away from us by solving the problem immediately. I highly recommend RG Plumbing for all plumbing needs, large or small.

Ron came to my house on the weekend to devise a temporary fix for my leaking water heater and spent a lot of time talking through options with me. When he came back for the install, he expertly adjusted the positioning for proper fit. Expeditious and professional work...thanks, Ron.

Let me start off by saying i'm in the construction industry and work with my seasoned general contractor Dad. I'm currently in the process of remodeling my 3 bathrooms, laundry room, tub, & shower enclosure in my home. When Brad came by to give me a bid, I purposely made sure my Dad was there so he could vet him. Long story short, Brad schooled my veteran GC father. They we're nerding out big time going into some serious nerd plumber talk. When Brad wasn't looking my Dad leaned towards me and whispered this guy is the REAL DEAL! Me being a skeptic, I went out and received a few more bids anyways. Fortunately, Brad came in $800.00 dollars lower on price than my other bids. I was relieved due to my gut implying that he had the most experience. Listed below are the things Brad accomplished in less than 30 hours of work within one weeks time. -New draining ran for new laundry room and bathroom and tied in vents for proper air intake to sewer system. -Capped off old washer hook ups. -Ran hot and cold water supply to new laundry room location. -Installed new water supply pipes and backing to new sink -Replaced, moved, and centered toilet flange. -Installed washer box into new laundry room. -Installed 1 Rain head shower valve in master shower. -Installed 1 regular posi temp shower valve for master shower. -Installed new 3 peace shower drain. -Installed new hot and cold water supplies and draining converting single vanity to double vanity. -Replaced old kids tub shower valve with new posi temp valves. -Converted 1/2" copper water mains to 3/4" for increased water pressure directed at all valves. -All his work is warranted. -Payment was requested upon completion of work. BOTH MYSELF AND FATHER HAVE NOW FOUND A SOLID PLUMBER AND PLAN TO CONTINUE TO USE HIM FOR ALL OUR FUTURE WORK.
