While working for a gym year ago, I witnessed many creepy and/or douchebag male trainers. Because of my past experience, I was hesitant to hire a male trainer myself however, John has been nothing but professional. I came to him asking to be pushed and he has exceeded my expectations. I'm not only stronger physically, but also emotionally. When I workout with John, I feel like I'm working out with a friend. He's honest, fair, and worth every penny.
Obi is the elite of the elite when it comes to personal fitness trainers. We are beyond grateful to be working with him. He is incredibly comfortable to work and has been from the beginning. This is especially true for our daughter who is working with him as well and isn’t inclined to like just anyone....let alone work with them. He pushes us to push ourselves focusing on the mental aspect and working with where we are currently at. We have to account for our eating which is a HUGE part of the deal as well. I highly recommend Obi!!
Tiffany has been an amazing trainer! She is prepping me for bikini comp! I am super excited. She challenges me and most of all BELIEVES in me. She makes her clients feel very important to her. She responds to any questions or concerns quickly. She is fun to work with and very flexible. I am glad to have her as my trainer! I started training for college football with the goal in mind that I wanted to make it to a top Pac 12 team. My overall strength and speed from high school were average at best. I crossed paths with Brandon and the superhuman program back in May and by the end of the month my combine scores were amazing. I cut my 40 m dash from a 5.2 to a 4.68 and my agility was the top presented at the combine. My max weightlifting goals nearly doubled as well. If you're looking for anybody to get you from the level that you're at to an elite level, this is the program to get you there. From my experience everything was tailored to me and my improvement, both physically and mentally. Moreover, difference between good trainers and great trainers are the ones who show that they care and that their desire is to get you to where you need to be and explain why you do the things they ask you to. Definitely the best training I have had and will continue training through the Super Human Performance program.
Ariana has been great to work with. Her workouts are demanding and tough but never the same. The atmosphere are Universal Swell is great because its a private gym - meaning only those working with trainers at the gym can use it. It usually means its just me in the gym!
I've had several trainers over the years and Ramiro stands above the rest. Knowledgeable, fun, and the results have been great. I'd suggest suggest him as a trainer any time.
Lacey has been my trainer for several months now. My specific goals are to increase muscle mass while driving down my body fat percent. As my trainer, Lacey is focused on my personal goals via weight training and diet. She works hard to understand your personal goals and is driven to see success. I'm very pleased to have Lacey as my personal trainer.
Rachelle is amazing. She was very flexible with my schedule and she was able to meet pretty much whenever I requested. I hired her to help me train to cycle across the country and she created workouts that I could replicate on my own time, as well as taught me the correct way to do workout moves so I wouldn't get injured. A great mix of sweat, fun, yoga, spinning, strength training and cardio. She always kept it fresh, new and exciting. She helped me a lot and I would recommend her to anyone who likes to workout outside with a wonderful person!
Jay has an amazing personality and is definitely a "people person". His fitness training really pushed me to a higher level of fitness than I ever knew. There are exercises he taught me that i wouldn't have known to do on my own. I really saw results quickly and honestly there are muscles I didn't know needed to be worked. I highly recommend working with Jay for great results that you'll be happy with. Jay was able to answer a lot of fitness questions that I had.
She's very encouraging and upbeat. The great thing she has helped me with (going the extra mile) is helping know what food to choose while traveling and that it's a very doable effort. She's right and it's working while I'm away from home. The only thing she doesn't do is lose my weight for me!! haha Mahalo, Kathryn.

Cecily is fun to work with and does a great job of customizing a training/ nutrition program to meet your personal goals. She is flexible around your schedule and has several different services to offer. Such as her contest prep for bikini competitiors which is what I did. Compared to other trainers I have worked with, she has proven to me that my goals are attainable from the results I have had. Her weekly check-ins, training, and macro-nutrition guidance; has made the work on my half easy. Most importantly, her training structure is something I can acquire into a long term healthy lifestyle.
Michael had helped me the to discover the capacity to build strength. He educated me about health, exercise, and nutrition then put me on the right track to a better health and a better physical shape. By-The-Way, I am 72 years old with body equivalent to 45 years old man. I am much grateful for Michael's compassion, personal care, dedication, and patient. Dom is the best personal trainer I could ask for; I've had other personal trainers before and he is leaps and bounds ahead of them. I've put on tons of lean muscle and strength and I continue to see results consistently. The sessions are fun and I always look forward to them. He is personable and easy to talk to, but he always pushes me and knows how to get the most out of me. Dom is an encyclopedia of knowledge and I have learned more about training and nutrition with his guidance than I would have been able to otherwise. I can't recommend Dom enough!

The trainers are well educated in terms of physiology, nutrition, a holistic approach to healthy living. Our personal trainer, Vaughn, is caring, motivating and designs personal exercise programs that are challenging and help us reach our personal health goals. We just cant say enough good about Lifelong Fitness! We have truly learned that fitness is a life style the trainers help you to see life style change is attainable, manageable and once you see these changes take place within yourself you want to life that way forever!
I needed to lose 33 lbs in about a month for a Powerlifting competition. Drage Nutrition set me up a meal plan and water cut plan leading up the weigh in time. It worked perfectly and I also won Gold and set a new Powerlifting World Record!
