Chris has a very thoughtful and well-rounded approach to training and teaching. He is clearly passionate about his work and invested in his clients' health -- and he's a kind and all-around great guy to work with. Highly recommend! He is unlike any trainer I've engaged in the past. He has demonstrated a great ability to understand the differences in every human body type, and really tailors the program tailored to your needs and limitations. Chris also takes great care to educate you on training methods that will minimize your injuries while in training, and in the future. I would sincerely recommend chris to anyone who's seeking any short term or long term health and fitness goals. I can tell you that chris will make it happen somehow. Gina really cares about people. She is constantly doing things for her clients that show she is thinking about them and sending them good vibes. It was all the little things she did for me that made such a big difference. Taylor Read, from the Cottonwood Max Muscle store, set up a custom meal plan to help me achieve my goals. It took about nine weeks total. Every two weeks we met and measured body fat and muscle mass. At each meeting we made any necessary adjustments to my meal plan to keep me on schedule. Taylor was always available to answer any questions. Taylor also provided assistance in selecting supplements. I was very happy with the quality of the supplements and I believe they were a significant factor in my success.
