- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my murals is based on a few factors: the size of the wall, the equipment and supplies necessary to complete the project, and time. I offer pricing that I try to fit within most budgets, and is also consistent with the quality of work that I deliver. If you have a budget, please make that clear in the initial conversation and if I can I will try to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule a time to have a quick phone call or meeting in person to talk specifics of the proposed project. During that meeting depending on the size, specs and detail of the project I will give a quote and timeline on how long it should take me to complete the project. Once we've agreed on a price and timeline, then I send over a standard mural agreement that outlines usage of digital mockups, timeline and contains the official agreed upon price and scope of the project. After that agreement is signed, I have the client pay an initial deposit and the project begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience as an artist, with 5 years specializing as an illustrator and painter.
