Intermountain West Contractors (IWC) recently replaced my roof. I got quotes from three installers, which all came back within $1,000, but IWC had the lowest price. IWC did a great job of helping me pick the color and options, including a ridge vent. They were easy to schedule the work, and they completed my roof removal and install in only 1.5 days. The installers were very friendly and proficient. I climbed up on the roof during the install to check on things, and the workers didn't mind. When the installers were done, they reminded me that I could use the large trash container to also haul away any junk that I had. This was a great time saver, because I was dreading taking my junk to the dump! After the project was complete, Josh the co-owner came out to do a final inspection with me. We found that somehow, 2 nails were accidentally nailed into the shingles. Josh had his installer come back onsite and replace the affected area. I understand that mistakes happen in life, and so I was very satisfied with how this was handled. I highly recommend Intermountain West Contractors to anyone wanting to replace their roof.

I’ve been really amazing with this company. I’m always very hesitant to hire a contractor to do work, and I didn’t feel that from the moment I met the guys. They were very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. On top of that we’re informational and took the time to explain things to me about my EPDM roof and why it needed to be replaced and the difference between EPDM and TPO. I had them install a TPO roof. And while their price was above the other bids I received, I felt like the quality, the warranty, and the professionalism was well worth it. The other guys made me feel like just another job and we’re pushy. I never felt that with Intermountain. I’m very impressed and if you’re looking for a good company to do quality work on your roof, give these guys a call.

We had IWC replace our old roof and they did a fantastic job. They arrived about 7:00 am and by 4:30 the installation was completed with the cleanup done by 5:00. So far, we have only found 1 staple that was missed in the cleanup and it's been nearly 6 days. They were professional, fast, courteous and responded quickly to our questions prior to the installation. We highly recommend this company.

After a few bids, we decided to see what IWC had to offer. Their bid was not the lowest, but if you compare quality for quality, IWC was the better deal. Gerald was very knowledgeable and paid good attention to details of our roof that the other companies didn't mention. Such details include several of the plywood panels needed replacing along with our heater vent. We had confidence that they would take good care of our home. They lived up to our expectations. We needed a tear off and full roof replacement. Joe and crew completed the project within 5 hours from start to finish. Joe,the lead roofer, installed our bathroom vent hose in our attic for a decent price. I would recommend IWC for anyone seeking a good-quality, long-term roof with a great warranty.
