We are a small company that doesn’t advertise much, we have the philosophy that word of mouth advertising is the best way. In short that means we give you services above and beyond. I have an apartment complex where we just replaced the roof of one of our buildings. We hired Larkin to disconnect and reconnect all 12 rooftop mounted air conditioners, knowing that some of them may be bad. The month of rain we got this spring really delayed the completion of the roof until well into the summer heat. Because of the heat we couldn't work on the roof during the day because we would ruin the shingles. For two nights Ryan and Jesse got our air conditioners running, working once until 2:30 am and once until 4:30 am. After all that, we had one unit that seemed to be bad. I authorized them to replace this bad unit, willing to pay the price of replacement, but then Ryan told me that he'd figured out how to fix it and that the repair was covered under the tuneup on the unit that I'd already paid for. He could have just gone ahead and replaced the unit, pocketing a couple more thousand dollars on the job, and I never would have been the wiser. Instead he figured out how to repair that air conditioner. I have never before encountered an HVAC company with the degree of honesty, workmanship, and good customer service that I have received from Larkin. I can without reservation recommend them to anybody for honest high quality work.

We were in a significant bind. Our house was under contract to sell and close in two weeks and it came back that we needed to replace the furnace. Ryan took my call at 9pm after another company shut our furnace down without notice. The next morning he had a tech (Jesse) in our home with a new furnace. Jesse went above and beyond in the installation of the new furnace as well as installing some safeguards along the walls and ducts of our storage room. It should also be noted they came in ~$500 less than our other bids! Thanks Larkin!

These guys were great. Their price, service, and punctuality were all top notch. They hooked up a ductless mini-split (combination heater & air conditioner) for me and answered all my questions along the way. I would hire them again and recommend them to anybody.
