- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always negotiable (whether you use me or another agent). However, 3% for the buyer and 3% for the seller is very typical. I offer discounts if you use me to buy and sell a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you, what your expectations are, dig deep into what you're looking to get out of our relationship, what you expect from me and I like to tell you what I'll expect from you, your goals, etc. this is an important part of the buying or selling process so there is no confusion down the road but a lot of agents skip this step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Obviously, I'm a licenced sales agent in the state of Utah. I am also a REALTOR® which means I take extra classes and credits to add this to my license. It means I will be responsible, caring, thoughtful, and keep you in mind and do what is in your best interests. It's a fiduciary duty, just as any lawyer, doctor, or financial advisor has.
