Introduction: Hi I'm Troy Anderson I've been a certified personal trainer helping clients achieve their weightloss, and health and fitness goals for over seven years and have had a passion for health and fitness for over 35 years. My job as a personal trainer is to transform peoples bodies and lives. I create goal specific, unique and original fitness and nutrition plans to promote weightloss, build muscle, and increase endurance and confidence as well as increase longevity and overall health and fitness. My clients have ranged from teenagers improving sports conditioning, men and women losing weight, people with medical issues and competitive bodybuilders. I feel my job as a trainer is to not only educate clients in proper exercise techniques, form and function, but also to help people reach their potential and to give them the tools to have a more positive, confident, successful life. I can train at my fully equipped private gym with all the equipment needed to help anyone reach their fitness goals. I also will train at peoples homes and also train online for clients that can't travel to my locations. When I first started going full-time with TroyBuilt Training I had experienced mild gains in both strength and size, however, within six weeks of going full-time with TroyBuilt Training I really started to see the strength improvements muscle definition improvements and overall size game I really started to see the strength improvements muscle definition improvements in overall size gains. as of late, approximately six months into my full-time training with Troy, my size increases been very dramatic, 5 1/2 inches just on chest in less than nine months, and the number of people making solid eye contact and comments has dramatically increased. I do credit Troy and the TroyBuilt Training system for the guidance and the direction on these changes. He is very motivational, and constantly pushes me to achievement levels. After my two hour workout, I can easily say I was the hardest working motherf-er in the gym!

Troy is by far the greatest trainer I've ever had! He's great at keeping me motivated and gears my workouts around the stuff he knows I like to do so I don't dread my time at the gym. Troy has pushed me to get the results I want and for that I keep coming back for more, couldn't do it without him!!

Thus far, Troy has been very attentive to what I need. He seems to be intuitive to what I need more than myself. I think this is per his experience. He’s professional and nonjudgmental. He pushes me, but not over the edge. I’ve seen him 3-4 times now, and have stayed diligent in his workout plan. I’m already seeing results and excited to see the grand results over the next couple months. It’s been great. I highly recommend him to any all my peeps if you are serious about a physical life change.

Very rude, and Inpatient person, please never reschedule with him, because then he'll tell you to go find someone else, and that you need a reality check! He cursed at me, and we haven't even met face to face...if the people on here act like this then there is something really wrong with this web site... The day we were supposed to actually meet, I guess he came to my apartment but I was unaware of it I had went to the store, he sent me a text saying we was on his way so I headed back, as I was on my way back home he sent me a long text saying that I'm a bad person and I shouldn't treat people like that, he told me I was pissing him off because I called him rude! I'm am done with this web site

This is the classic person that refuses to take responsibilty for herself and her actions. First she got the first day we were supposed to meet wrong and then texted me at two in the morning to chew me out. Then she tells me she can't make the original appointment time, so I rearrange other clients to set up another time for her and she isn't home when I get there, Now once again it's somebody else's fault. I have years of experience with satisfied clients that will soon be posting reviews so please take this negative with a grain of salt if you are committed to make a change in your life I am the Trainer for you.

Troy is an amazing trainer. I've had trainers in the past that were really good but Troy tops them all. I hired him because of his diverse experience working with all different age groups (I am 56) as well as those trying to lose weight or with other goals. He knows just how to motivate me and push me to achieve my goals. I have been working with him for a month and I've lost a ton of inches. My long term goal is to lose 100 pounds and I'm well on my way. I went from working out with him 3 days a week to 4 days and I'm seriously considering 5 days a week. I plan to work with him for a very long time. If you are considering a trainer, hire Troy! You will be thrilled! May 19, 2017 Update: After 12 weeks I've gone from a size 24 to a size 18! I'm so much stronger and confident in just this short period of time. I now work out with Troy 5 days a week. He is amazing. He is encouraging but pushes me hard and does now allow me to slack off. He is right with you every minute of the hour, one on one. Additionally he goes the extra mile helping me with my eating issues.
