Letters By AIM was fantastic to work with on my project. We had a special calligraphy style we wanted and went back and forth many many times to get it just right. She was responsive and extremely open to suggestions of tweaks to lettering we would suggest. She was very professional, quick to reply and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the finished work. Great value and I would highly recommend to anyone needing some fancy handwork from a calligraphy artist.

If I could give 100 stars I would! There is only one way to describe Alejandra’s work… BEAUTIFUL! Her calligraphy is outstanding and none like I have seen. She is so professional and responds in minutes, honestly. I am so blessed and grateful for her being a part of my memory of doing the place cards and envelopes for invitations for my birthday party. Just got a calligraphy piece done by Alejandra..two words to describe my opinion, absolutely fantastic! I am more than pleased with the beautiful piece she created and also her professionalism and responsive to any questions I had. I am already in process to get another piece started. This was the very first time I had calligraphy art done and all I can say is no regrets and so glad I got it done and she captured my vision in what I wanted to create. Thank you again!

I have had the absolute best experience with Alejandra! Easy to communicate with, open to changes, she is confident and will make suggestions, and the product is absolutely beautiful. We ordered Save the Dates for my sisters upcoming wedding. We will be using Alejandra for the invitations to the bridal shower and the wedding! I'd post pictures but my family is nosy and I want them to be surprised. I'll update with photos soon. Basically what I am saying is, "Sis, Alejandra is all you need!!!" Boom

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a minimum of $75 per project. I know that sometimes what customers need does not amount to this and I understand, but in order to accept all the projects I love and prioritize my time this is my minimum charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask many questions to understand the scope of the project. If I feel I am a good fit then I offer a quote for the project. If my customer agrees then we get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any formal training, everything I know is self taught.
