- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing because each menu is specifically tailored for every client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer, would be to introduce myself, and my company and what we offer to you as a full service caterer to help make things easier for them throughout the process. I then listen to what their specific needs and to find out if they will need me to take creative control or if they already have and idea of what they are looking for. Once that is completed, we do a contract, and proposal, and deposit. We will also do a site visit for planning purposes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has come from being under awesome chefs, some famous world known. I've had both formal, experience as my teacher. I am seasoned professional. I can never learn too much. I take classes, attend workshops, and participate in cooking shows, whenever my schedule permits to keep my skills fresh and to perfect my craft.
