Printer and Copier Repair

Mr. Bah came on a Saturday to fix our printer. I called Saturday AM and he arrived Saturday afternoon. He had thought that we had a gear problem, but he saw right away that our settings had been improperly set when we bought the printer which was one year HP printer. He fixed the settings and everything worked well right away. We were glad to have it done quickly and correctly. He did a good job.

My printer had stopped working. The technician from Breeze End Technology suggested that I check the plug - try changing it. I discovered that the extension for ONE of the plugs for the printer was actually missing. Mystery of the non-functioning printer solved. The new mystery is why would anyone take that extension cord?

Printer and Copier Repair

Not much work apparently needed to fix my HP laserjet M251 printer (rear door open warning). A factory reset and voila, fixed! $110. In-shop repair requires carrying equipment up a flight of stairs. Am I satisfied? Absolutely. Very polite young man in the office willing to help with heavy lifting. Would definitely use this company again.

Mr. Bah went far beyond just repairing my old copier. He helped fix and clean a horrible toner mess and then transferred all the remaining toner to another cartridge, which was a really messy job! I truly appreciated his friendly manner, professional expertise, and willingness to help me! I would recommend him most highly. he was wonderful!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our labor prices are reasonable for certified field service Engineers with more than 7 years plus of experience. We charge parts the same from our vendors, with no additional increase in the pricing. We Will discount or offer free return repair services for first-time customers on return repairs. Parts pricing is excellent. It also up to 1 hour onsite, unless it's a, it's a job that labor-intensive and needs more time to get done.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    As soon as we get a service repair order from a customer, we schedule a field service engineer to give the customer a call—get more information on the problems related to the machine. Complete full details on the machine to be repaired like the Make of the device, model, error codes related to the problem. An invoice is equally sent to the customer email address for confirmation. Customers may drop off machine to our repair shop or a service technician schedule to go on-site to repair the machine for the customer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have very qualified, professional and experienced field service engineers with a B.S. degree in IT, Microsoft certification, CompTIA A+, Cisco certification, and certified trained HP, Canon experts with over 8+ years of experience. All Technicians are knowledgeable about repairing all types of machines we serviced.
