FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
W.E., Inc. will need to perform an inspection of the customer’s property, perform a walk-through, and annotate the customer’s requests. There is an inspection fee of $200.00 which covers our staff’s travel, administrative time, client directed scoping of services, technical sketching of the structure, and building the customer estimate. With this $200.00 inspection fee the customer is provided a detailed line item estimate and access to an emailed Matterport of the customer’s space/structure where work is to be performed. Matterport is a 3-D space capture, all-in-one platform that transfers real-life spaces into immersive digital twin models. With Matterport our organization can capture and connect rooms to create truly interactive 3-D models of spaces. If a customer would prefer not to pay the inspection fee than a W.E., Inc. professional will still need to perform an inspection however, a cumulative, approximate cost estimate will be provided to the customer as the estimated initial cost. Customers are advised that this cost estimate is subject to change based on any contract revisions and/or approved change orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
