- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As learning is one of my highest values I am always reading articles, blogs, books and listening to webinars, videos or taking workshops or going to coaching conferences to continually enhance my coaching skills, knowledge, techniques and tools for successfully coaching my wonderful clients. I also work on having enough "Continuing Education Units" (CEUs) to maintain my high level of certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a Career Coach I help Government and Private Sector Professionals determine and then get the right job, career change or re-wire instead of retire. My coaching approach is holistic in the sense that I help clients get "unstuck" and understand who they are so they know what is best for them and then I help them get that new job, career or successfully re-wire. I have lots of handouts, assessment tools, and insights to maximize the best coaching outcome.
