Ms. Nelson was great to work with. We made arrangements for me to come to her since it was easier. She is respectful, courteous, efficient and a true professional in her expertise. Ms. Nelson is also a down to earth, laid back humorous individual. She did not ask too many personal questions, just ensured documents and identification were legit. I would recommend her to anyone.
