- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 6-week online group program for weight loss and general health improvement. I also offer 1-1 online coaching for an additional fee. Local clients have an option to do personal training with me at a local gym.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to set both short-term and long-term goals with clients. We will create a health plan based on those goals and available resources.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Nutritional Science and an MS in Nutrition and Wellness. I also am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, 200-hr RYT yoga instructor, and Pilates Mat instructor. I have had additional training in Trigger Point release and myofascial release for pain and inflammation reduction.
