Introduction: I spend at least 75 minutes with my clients at the initial consultation so I can learn as much about them as possible. The health questionnaire includes their health goals, a snapshot of their eating habits, schedule, lifestyle, and medical history. I am a good listener, like solving problems, and am very supportive of my clients journey because many of them come to me with complex health conditions and a lot is at stake. I enjoy the interaction with my clients who come from all walks of life and empowering them to understand what eating healthy is since there is a lot of misinformation out there. I enjoy seeing clients implement my program and the difference it makes in their lives. It's very rewarding to see people with complex health conditions improve their health and self-confidence, receive normal lab results and feel better in general.

I learned to limit my portions, to choose food that fits my physical needs, and to prepare healthy lunches and snacks to fit my daily work schedule without feeling hungry--basically a healthier lifestyle. I have lost 15 pounds already.

“I liked the personal approach. I believe Christine made recommendations to meet my specific needs. I learned how to eat a variety of foods and prepare simple meals. I also learned how to properly interpret nutrition data and labels on products as well as which products to purchase (for example, steel cut oats instead of prepackaged oatmeal). Christine conducted a thorough evaluation and recommended a sugar control diet to combat my frequent headaches and energy spikes/lows. To help implement the plan, she gave me weekly meal plans, recipes, and a shopping list. A few weeks later, I felt more energetic, had fewer headaches, and was making healthier food choices.
