I am very happy and thankful for your service when my furnace was not blowing a hot air. Sunday afternoon and no-one was ready to help me until the next day. Thankfully I found you on this app and you said you’ll be in an hour. I was like wow!!! Thank you for your service and the prompt response and I didn’t ask for the quote or they forgot to mention but he send me the invoice after the service the next day and it was very reasonable. I like how they don’t put a huge price tag for the urgent services.

Mr. Gomez and his team performed beyond expectations. I had three quotes to replace my aging furnace. Mr. Gomez spent the most time reviewing my HVAC system and took the time to explain the various components. He also identified items outside of the furnace that should be updated (drain pan installation, larger air intake) and included those at no extra cost. His pricing was inline with other estimates. Installation was next-day and easy.

From first contact to project completion, I received exemplary customer service. Mr. Gomez was honest, straightforward, and fair. He provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the project. And when he began the work, he found that I didn't need something we initially thought would be required for the project and, as a result, saved me a substantial amount of money. I have never experienced that with a contractor and I have dealt with quite a few. The business is family owned and operated and Mr. Gomez's sons and crew were just as professional, efficient, and polite as he was. The work was of superior quality and was completed much faster than expected. Mr. Gomez knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything without providing too much technical details, but with all the information I needed. When the project was complete, he told me what to expect and any issues to look out for. Mr. Gomez also pointed out other maintenance issues he found while inspecting the work site. One small issue he pointed out, he took care of right then and there without tacking on an additional fee. Alex, one of Mr. Gomez's sons, even assisted with an issue with our internet that was caused by a loose clip in the breaker box, which we would never have known to even look for. Again, this was done as a courtesy, not as a means of generating a larger bill. My final bill was less than the original estimate due to the honesty and fairness of Mr. Gomez. I can't say enough about Mr. Gomez, his sons, and his crew. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I would recommend the company to anyone without a second thought. In fact, I'd even do free advertising if I could. Excellent customer service, superior quality, and amazing efficiency!

The team at Gomez AC deserves a 5 star rating. The team has done work on my old furnace and air conditioner and I recently hired them to complete and install of a brand new system on our townhouse. In short, the company is one of the few vendors who actually try to help home owners find the right solution without trying to up-sell them on features that they don’t need. The team was professional, quick and provided very good value compared to their competitors. The group was available to answer any questions that I had during the evaluation process and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and quality service.
