We had an assortment of plumbing tasks including: fixing leaking pipes that were possible to fix,taking out and replacing ancient leaking pipes that were never installed to work correctly, fixing toilet leaks, clearing stopped drains, tightening loose faucets and fixing that water was leaking from. Jotis was pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently and quickly to complete every project. We have employed 4 previous plumbers in the 3 years that we have owned this old home. Jotis is the most knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable priced plumber by a large margin. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. By the way, he was a stranger to me until today-but I am happy we found him

Had shower issue which was fixed quickly and professionally. While there, Jotis noticed a problem that would eventually need attention. With a quick quote, and some additional items, again a clean and professional job. My tenant was delighted with Mr Brownlee.

Mr. Brownlee did an excellent job installing a commercial hot water heater. My system was old and appeared to require additional elec & water supply work because of tenants' "adjustments". He had a professional come to check the elec input & didn't charge me for that service. Plus the total price for heater and install was very fair. Mr. Brownlee is pleasant and easy to deal with. I plan to use Brownlee Plumbing in the future.

Technically, I charge $125.00 an hour. For larger projects, I like to give a written estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and insured master plumber with four years of technical training and over ten years experience in the field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did plumbing work every summer when I came home from college, so it was only natural when I left school that I continue doing what I know.
