FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing consists typically of a session or creative fee and then separate pricing for finished products which may be bundled to maximize discounts. Some projects are done as a flat fee or based on the time. I really focus on creating ready to hang or display portrait art for homes and offices. The visual impact and emotions that a print creates are more impactful than digital images. We do provide digital images as well and are programs are highly customized to the needs of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really is three key steps: 1. Contact me and we will discuss and plan your project or portrait session. 2. Spend and hour or two together creating beautiful images. 3. Select your favorite images and products and enjoy them for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPP (Certified Professional Photographer) through the PPA (Professional Photographers of America). This is a rigorous program and only about 3500 photographers in the world have done this. I spend two plus weeks a year in training and development programs, and also have a BS and MBA as well as several certificate programs specific to portraiture.
