Nate is a good person but I solved my own case. Cameras were messed with in my apartment and with two camera systems they did not catch ANYONE. I told them that the people were going to find the camera(s), and both cameras were compromised. I said in the beginning that the cameras weren't going to work because people were coming into my apartment and the camera systems still didn't catch them. On top of that the person he contracted under him Ed Phyleo, refused to come and check on my camera and wanted $70 because he had come several times before. That is unacceptable because the camera was still being messed with. I called twice to speak with the manager to which I received no response. It has not been 30 days so I am going legal with this matter. I have spent approximately $1,800 on services and cameras and have solved my own case. This company sucks. They thought that I wouldn't change this review from positive to negative, but they were wrong. If it quacks and it waddles, it's a duck.

PHYLEO stands by the result that the cameras put in your apartment were never compromised, and further believe that no perpetrators could have entered the surveilled area without being seen on our equipment. Without any evidence that the equipment had been tampered with, or compromised, and after reviewing the metadata to confirm that it was operating properly throughout your investigation, PHYLEO maintains its position that your investigation had not been mishandled in any way. While it may not have been the answer you were hoping for, we are confident in our investigation and unfortunately, are not able to commit resources to make the same trip several times to offer the same news. During the first interview Nate and his team were able to immediately put me at ease which I think is a very important skill in this line of work. I felt comfortable and was able to honestly communicate my objectives with your company. Prior to his operation Nate presented a plan for me and had details laid out to reach those objectives. Throughout the operation Nate exhibited strong surveillance and investigation experience. He kept in constant communication and kept professional and patient even after a very long evening. And thank God he was able to reach our objective fairly quickly. His doubtless willingness to travel at short notice also impressed me. He seemed also to have a deep familiarity with a wide range of aspects of law (e.g., business, personal, criminal) Nate seemed to possess a strong sense of being aware of and taking into account the feelings, views and behavior of others. My first impression was a good one and I will most definitely hire your company for any future services. You have talented folks on your team. Thank you again for your services.

My case was unusual, to say the least. As soon as I met Nate, he approached me with understanding and professionalism. His work ethic as well as his personality are outstanding. I was somewhat nervous prior to our first meeting, however I felt at ease while talking and explaining my case in details. He always answered his phone and whatever step we were going to take next, we came to a mutual agreement. I also met some of his colleagues and they are all professional and friendly. While I cannot write about my situation specifically, I can say that I spoke to several private investigators before hiring Nate and none of them were engaged like he was. Their prices are reasonable and I am definitely going to hire him if I need to in the future. If you are looking for someone who will listen, who is reliable and who will give you a best advice, hire him!
