- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to our Customers and work closely with them to ensure that we can provide them the appropriate course of action. Each scenario is unique and needs to addressed in accordance with the needs of the Client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking for ways to self-improve. We are fully licensed in several states. We attend seminars, read books and speak with other investigators to continually stay on top of our game. The CEO Brian O'Shea has several degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He has been a key note speaker at several counter intelligence conferences throughout the world. Through the Ayla Foundation, he speaks at Universities across the nation and globe on the importance of learning self-awareness and understanding how to protect yourself from stalkers and potential rapists. Our Client Service Manager Jonathan, has a Master's in Business and Business Finance. Both of whom have served honorably in the Military and are trained in Intelligence and Tactical training.
