Laura has certainly made a difference in my life. I have had the fear of speaking in public ever since I was a child and she has helped me gain clarity in how I should tackle this stifling emotion. I found myself speaking in front of a larger group after a few weeks of coaching, and although I did feel nervous, her 'tools' and methods of approaching this fear made me so much stronger. The sense of accomplishment and exhilaration that came over me was blissful. And she helped me get there. Getting rid of fear is an ongoing process, and a path that we face as individuals. Thanks to Laura's sound advice and good guidance, I have a plan of action. I warmly recommend her!

Laura promptly responded to my RFP and was easy to get in touch with and schedule a meeting. At the meeting, she made me feel comfortable and took a genuine interest in my upcoming gig. From a professional standpoint, Laura definitely knew all the nuances and how to navigate the complexities of a live interview. She analyzed my mock interview captured on video, paying attention to weak spots. I immediately knew what needed to be corrected. I am extremely pleased with both Laura's professional expertise and approach, and will be working with her on other projects. Best self-care action that I have taken in years was to schedule a session with Laura Fay! I was sharing with a friend that I have been going through many significant changes in my life over the past two years, currently, and more to face in the near future. I told her that I needed to talk with someone who could help me navigate the uncharted waters ahead and to help me heal from some choppy water in the past. My friend mentioned she knew a life coach and gave me Laura’s contact info. I met Laura for a first session and was immediately put at ease by her warm and genuine conversation helping me to share my story with her and then guiding me to formulate some goals and what was the most important thing that I could begin to work on during our time together. I left with some clear goals in hand and the tools to begin the process of what I needed to work on next. She gave me several simple suggestions of action items that I could do on my own. I truly appreciated that she did not push me to sign up for more sessions, rather I could reach out when and if I felt the need to. I’ve accomplished a great deal of personal progress since my first session and I have scheduled another meeting with Laura to focus on my 2nd important goal!

I met Laura while i was searching for a local life coach who could give me advise as to how to manage my business and family life effectively. She has been very responsive and also very generous in giving of her time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have over 30 years experience coaching and motivating others to succeed with their dreams, hopes and desires. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach--CPLC, meaning I have met (actually exceeded) industry standards! I hold a B.S. in Psychology and two master's degrees. I believe you get what you pay for. My rates are in the ballpark of $155 an hour (that's low for my credentials and experience). I also provide a discounted price for when you sign up for multiple sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's easy! Reach out to me. I'll give you a FREE 15-20 minute introductory coaching session and if you think I'm the right coach for you, choose and pay for a coaching package and we'll schedule the hour-long coaching session. I am very flexible in my availability so we can usually get started right away! You have nothing to lose! Before you know it, you will be experiencing amazing change in your life! Reach out now!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach meaning I don't just call myself a coach--I earned the credentials through a training program that is accredited by the standard-bearer: the International Coaching Federation. This means that I adhere to the industry's ethical standards and coaching process. Additonally, my coaching school hired me to consult for them as a coach to future students to model professional coaching. I think that is a great testimonial to my success as a coach. Furthermore, the founder, President and CEO asked me to be her Graduate Assistant, helping new students in their training program.
